PUBLIC WEBSITE FEATURES
• Browse property listings with photos, prices, locations, and key details.
• Search and filter properties by location, category, property type, price, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
• Sort property results by newest, price, or number of bedrooms.
• Browse property categories, agencies, and development projects.
• View property and project details and submit inquiries.
• Register and sign in to access authenticated features, including property submission.
• English and Sinhala language options.

The admin area provides tools for managing properties, categories, property types, features, projects, agencies, developers, featured projects, and inquiries.

INSTALLATION
The package includes installation instructions. A typical setup requires PHP, Composer, MySQL or MariaDB, and Node.js/npm. Configure the environment, create the database, run migrations, build the frontend assets, and configure public storage as described in the installation guide.



Please configure your own domain, database, mail settings, Google OAuth credentials (if required), and production environment before launch. Third-party services and their fees are not included unless stated separately.
