FULL SYSTEM FEATURES

1. DASHBOARD
View an overview of students, teachers, courses, batches, enrollments, payments, outstanding fees, attendance, exams, applications, and recent activity.

2. STUDENT MANAGEMENT
Register students and manage student codes, contact details, photos, active status, profiles, enrollments, payments, and attendance summaries.

3. STUDENT ID CARDS
Generate a unique QR code and barcode for each student. View and print student ID cards with student details and scannable codes.

4. TEACHER MANAGEMENT
Add and manage teacher profiles, contact information, expertise, and teaching details.

5. COURSE MANAGEMENT
Create and manage courses, descriptions, fees, durations, course levels, and website visibility.

6. BATCH MANAGEMENT
Create batches for courses and manage batch schedules, start dates, capacity, and batch status.

7. ENROLLMENTS
Enroll students into courses and batches. Manage enrollment status, course fees, discounts, paid amounts, and outstanding balances.

8. PAYMENTS AND RECEIPTS
Record payments using cash, bank, card, or online payment methods. Search payment records, view payment history, check balances, and print payment receipts.

9. ATTENDANCE
Mark attendance manually or scan a student QR code/barcode. Record present, late, or absent status, prevent duplicate attendance for the same student and session, and review attendance summaries and reports.

10. EXAMS
Create and schedule written or online exams for batches. Manage exam dates, times, duration, venue, marks, and publication status. Written exams can be scheduled without adding online questions.

11. ONLINE EXAMS AND QUESTIONS
Add multiple-choice questions to an online exam, allow eligible students to take the exam through the student portal, record attempts and answers, and manage marks and results. Questions are managed inside each exam.

12. MARKS AND RESULT REPORTS
Enter and manage exam marks, review student results, view batch exam reports, and print available result cards.

13. STUDENT PORTAL
Students can sign in using their student ID and password to view their profile, enrollments, payment information, attendance, exam schedules, available online exams, results, and notices.

14. STAFF ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS PERMISSIONS
Create staff accounts and user categories. Assign staff to categories and choose which system sections and actions each category can access.

15. ONLINE APPLICATIONS
Receive website applications in the admin panel, review application details, update application status, and convert suitable applications into student records.

16. NOTICES AND WEBSITE CONTENT
Create and publish notices, manage courses shown on the public website, and update gallery images and testimonials.

17. CONTACT MESSAGES AND EMAIL REPLIES
Receive contact messages from the public website, read and manage enquiries, and compose email replies from the admin panel. Email sending requires working mail-server settings.

18. NOTIFICATIONS
View admin and student notifications, including supported reminders and alerts.

19. PUBLIC WEBSITE
Includes a homepage, course pages, course details, about page, gallery, testimonials, notice board, online application form, contact form, and student result lookup.

20. SETTINGS AND PRINTING
Update institute details and website settings. Print supported student ID cards, payment receipts, and result cards.

TECHNOLOGY AND INSTALLATION

Built with Laravel 10, PHP 8.1+, MySQL/MariaDB, Bootstrap, and locally included CSS and JavaScript assets. Composer is required to install PHP dependencies.

npm install and npm run build are not required.

Installation instructions and a license agreement template are included with the package.
